Absentee Ballot Update

I got my Absentee ballot in the mail today. For the State of North Carolina you have to either 1. Have two witnesses or 2. Have a notary to notarize it. The requirements state that they have to watch you filling it out but not required to see who you are voting for. I plan to get this done tomorrow and mail it in. Will update again when they have confirmed online that they have received it to get an idea how long it takes.
